06/26/2007 - H2Scan Corporation Appoints Todd Wilke as Chief Technology Officer and Cyril Berg as Vice President of Sales and Business Development

Valencia, CA– June 26, 2007 – H2Scan Corporation today announced the appointment of Dr. Todd Wilke as the company’s Chief Technical Officer (CTO) and the addition of Mr. Cyril Berg as the company’s Vice President of Sales and Business Development. 

Dr. Wilke has served as an independent technical advisor to the company for the past two years, and as CTO he will continue to lead H2scan's technology and product development efforts as well as grow the company's technical expertise.   Dr. Wilke has over 15 years of experience in all phases of commercial technology development, and an in-depth knowledge of the progression from research concept to high-volume product manufacturing.  He worked on the successful development and implementation of six generations of semiconductor process technology at Intel Corporation, and he was responsible for the definition of a technology roadmap for hydrogen fuel cells to meet commercial automotive requirements at Ballard Power Systems.  Dr. Wilke holds a Doctorate in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.  He is a member of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.

Cyril Berg brings nearly thirty years of experience in both engineering and business development to his new role with the company as Vice President of Sales and Business Development.  Prior to joining the Company, Cyril Berg was the Director of Business Development for the Cable Business Unit of Meggitt Safety Systems.   In his role with Meggitt, Cyril Berg streamlined and reorganized both the international and regional sales forces, resulting in more than double the unit’s sales within 2 years.  Cyril Berg holds Doctorate and Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University Delft of The Netherlands and an executive MBA from Colorado Technical University.
